Questions - What's The First Step? The first step in our process is an in-depth interview to get to know you - how your business works, what is workable for you on the Web, and what your vision of your website is. We use this information to produce a detailed website outline. Then, we review and refine this outline to develop the right strategy for your business. Questions - How Long Does It take To Develop a Website? The second phase of our process is the production of two graphical designs. We call these "mock-ups." Each mock-up contains your Home Page. The mock-ups detail a graphical look and feel and the overall structure of your project. These mock-ups are designed to allow you to choose a graphical look that represents you best and to "fine-tune" organizational structure if needed. This step usually takes about a week to a week and a half. After you have chosen a graphical interface for your project and "fine-tuned" your preferred layout, we proceed to produce a fully functional website proof. This step allows you to experience your website in full-blown actualization. The time frame for this step is largely dependent on your project parameters and the amount of content available. As is true of every step in the process, we can and will provide an anticipated date of delivery when we receive your content. Generally, we find that this step takes about two weeks for smaller projects and up to four to six weeks for larger, more robust enterprise projects. The third phase of our process allows you to make modifications to your website project to make it a website you'll be proud to use. Two "rounds" of text and layout changes are provided standard in every website project we do. A "round" of changes is a list of any number of items requested by you to be modified presented at one time. Again, the time frame for this step is largely dependent on the changes you request. We can and will provide an anticipated date of delivery when we accept your preferred changes. Generally, this step takes about a week (for smaller projects) to two weeks (for larger projects).
